The program of excursion
Tsarskoe Selo (Pushkin) during the period of almost two centuries was the summer residence of the Russian monarchs. It is also known as «the town of muses», because in different periods it was a refuge for the great Russian writers A. S. Pushkin, M. Y. Lermontov, S. A. Esenin.
During this excursion you will walk along the Catherine Park, on the territory of which there are more than 100 different sculptures, pavilions, bridges, monuments and other constructions. And, of course, you will visit the Catherine Palace, will see its interiors and hear an interesting story of the guide about the events in Russian history, connected with Tsarskoe Selo.
In this program the excursion to the famous Amber Room, which was renewed by the modern restorers and represented to the public in its all beauty, is also included.
